Leaders take a 131-item online self-rating assessment that utilizes the the EQ-I 2.0 model. The assessment takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
Raters are given the same 131-item assessment. Raters may include manager (maximum of 3), peers, direct reports, family and others. Raters may also respond to customized open-ended questions that are optional to be answered. It will take a rater typically 12-15 minutes to complete the assessment.
Please note that there is an individual EQ assessment should raters not be needed.
The 360 Feedback Report is a 42-page report that helps participants deepen their understanding of their own emotional intelligence (as they see themselves) along with how others (raters) view them.
Open Ended Feedback
We can assist in developing questions that allow raters to provide open-ended feedback on the individual being rated.
In-Person Developmental Feedback
Once results are received, one of our coaches will go over the results one-on-one with the leader during a 90-minute coaching session. During the session, deep insight will be provided and action steps will be taken to improve leadership effectiveness. Be sure to select "with coaching" option when purchasing.
