ACADEMY REVIEW PROGRAM (Part 2 of the Talent Academy for Leaders)
This review program is available to individuals who completed the Talent Academy for Leaders (formerly Leadership Academy or LEAD Academy) approximately six or more months from the start of the program listed below. It is designed to provide a recap of the most important concepts covered, refresh individuals’ view as a leader, and renew someone’s passion for achieving results through and with others. It also introduces new content on the Working Genius model and how it relates to delegation and teams.

Review past successes, identify current or future challenges and link to leadership competencies.

Identify tendencies to better lead, motivate, direct, and develop direct reports. Reduce poor tendencies.

Apply the Working Genius’ six characteristics in how people and teams get work done to maximize teamwork.

Recognize communication fundamentals and feedback are key to having greater impact and action in others.

Build competence and confidence in coaching others, including resolving conflict.

Delegate responsibilities and develop individuals more effectively given style and Working Genius.

Utilize easy engagement strategies to boost employee motivation and satisfaction leading to improved retention.

Gain buy-in to change by deploying an individualized and group approach.
Virtual Open Enrollment Public Program is delivered via Zoom one half-day (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Pacific) every week for 3 total sessions. The open enrollment program includes EverythingDiSC and Working Genius assessment and report..
Customized Private In-Person or Virtual: Private programs can be customized to organizational and group needs with any catalog topic, delivered virtually or in-person anywhere in the world. Customization also includes the ability to incorporate the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, Birkman Signature Report, Predictive Index (PI) results, and/or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) methodologies. Training can also be delivered with no behavioral assessments or component. Our trainers are certified in all of the aforementioned assessments and can best advise on which will meet your development needs. Please contact us for private program pricing. We also offer private mid-level leader development.

2024 ENROLLMENT FEE & REGISTRATION DETAILS
$125 state subsidized* (all 3 sessions) state subsidized (more info)
$325 regular enrollment: non-state subsidized all 3 sessions
$75 DISC assessment fee (applies to trainees who completed the Talent Academy for Leaders before 2022 or did not complete it as part of their program. Upon registration we will advise if a trainee needs to complete it.)
* State Subsidized: Pre-authorized to use Talent Authority’s CA state funding. Contact Training@TheTalentAuthority.com for details. Employers will be invoiced for missed sessions / ineligible trainees at $100 per session (max $300). $125 enrollment fee is transferrable to another trainee prior to program start. Fee is not refundable. Trainees must earn at least $22.66 or more per hour (see registration details).
Registration Details
Facilitation via Zoom. Trainees need to be in a private space with (1) their own computer, (2) webcam on and (3) connected audio (phone or computer). Electronic materials will be provided for this program.
