As part of someone's leadership journey, we recommend that they complete the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i)—one of the world’s most trusted and scientifically validated assessments for measuring Emotional Intelligence.

The Assessment
​
Leaders take a 131-item online self-rating assessment that utilizes the the EQ-I 2.0 model. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes and it must be taken in one sitting without disruptions. There are no right or wrong answers.

Step 2: Purchase: Assessment report/results and debrief session.
Step 3: Book a 60-90-minute one-on-one debrief to obtain the results.
Step 4: One business day prior to the debrief, the results will be shared with the respondent.
(We will not share the results with any other party other than the respondent.)

The Profile
​
The 360 Feedback Report is a 42-page report that helps participants deepen their understanding of their own emotional intelligence (as they see themselves) along with how others (raters) view them.
​
Additionally, individual results of several people (executive team) can be compiled into a group report that provides greater insight into how the team functions and can improve.
In-Person Developmental Feedback and Training
​
Once results are received, one of our coaches will go over the results one-on-one with the leader during a 90-minute coaching session. During the session, deep insight will be provided and action steps will be taken to improve leadership effectiveness. Be sure to select "with coaching" option when purchasing. Emotionally Effective Leader Workshop is available to a group of individuals who have taken the assessment. A group workshop will circumvent the need for one-on-one coaching.
