Talent Academy for Leaders is a practical leadership development program for frontline leaders, managers, supervisors, emerging leaders, directors and high potential talent. Across eight half-day sessions, participants build the core skills needed to lead people, strengthen team performance, and handle the everyday leadership situations that affect communication, accountability, engagement, retention, and results.

 

The program can be delivered through virtual open enrollment or customized for your organization as a private onsite, virtual, or blended leadership academy.

Open Enrollment Virtual Program

Private Academy

Join a scheduled virtual cohort delivered through eight weekly half-day sessions. Open enrollment is ideal for organizations that want to develop one leader, a small group of leaders, or participants from multiple locations without building a private cohort.​


Includes:
Everything DiSC Management assessment with access to our online Catalyst tool, participant materials, online resources, printed materials, eight facilitated sessions, practical tools, and leadership application exercises.

Create a customized Talent Academy for your organization. Private academies can be delivered onsite, virtually, or in a blended format and adapted to your leadership competencies, culture, business priorities, assessment preferences, and internal development goals.


Customization options Include:

DiSC, Hogan, PI, MBTI, Birkman, StrengthsFinder, internal competency models, specific topic selection, program duration, feedback tools, coaching models, custom assignments, internal case examples, and leader-specific application work.​

$1,150 for all 8 sessions

Group Discount

Save 10% when registering 3 or more non-subsidized participants

California State-Subsidized Enrollment

​​​$350 for all 8 sessions, subject to eligibility and funding requirements

Optional Coaching Add-On

One-on-one coaching is available on a flexible pay-as-you-go basis

Registration Details:  â€‹Sessions are facilitated live through Zoom. Participants should attend from a private location with their own computer, webcam on, and connected audio. Participant binders, materials, planners, and resources are sent before the program begins. Online resources and assessments are deployed after the program starts. Recording and screen capturing are not permitted.

 

Sessions 1-4 Only.  For groups that only need the first four sessions, our onsite Leader Jumpstart program may be a better fit. If only the DiSC course is needed for a trainee or group, contact us for flexible registration pricing and arrangements.
