Talent Authority provides targeted coaching solutions for leaders and employees at different stages of development, including emerging leaders, new managers, Talent Academy graduates, senior leaders, teams, and employees who need support following a workplace concern, compliance issue, or performance-related infraction.

Our professional coaching services are designed to support leaders, teams, and organizations through meaningful, practical change. Whether you are scaling leadership development, supporting Talent Academy graduates, addressing behavior concerns, strengthening team performance, or navigating change across the organization, we help coaching translate into action that sticks.
A Smarter, More Flexible Approach to Leadership Coaching At Talent Authority, our coaching model breaks away from the traditional, long-term commitments often required by other providers. Instead of locking you into 3-, 6-, or 12-month contracts, we offer six initial coaching sessions with the individual and then a flexible “pay-as-you-go” structure —allowing an investment in coaching based on needs (not what the coach wants to be compensated for). Our process begins with a discovery conversation with the coachee's leader (no cost) to identify priorities, strengths and development opportunities. We then meet one-on-one with the coachee to discuss objectives, their role, relationships and clarify coaching goals and expectations. After, a comprehensive 60-minute personality assessment is administered coupled with a 90-minute debrief to explore key insights and identify meaningful development opportunities aligned with those coaching goals. From there, the 4 remaining coaching sessions are tailored to address specific leadership competencies and behaviors using our proven Talent Authority content. When appropriate, we may recommend enrolling the coachee in our cost-effective Talent Academy for Leaders to expand learning, reduce overall coaching hours, and maximize one-on-one time for practical application and results. As an independent offering, we offer one-on-one coaching (for fee) to any current or past participant of the Talent Academy for Leaders, which may benefit from an objective third-party assisting them with any challenges. Additional one-on-one sessions are available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
