Leader Jumpstart is a high-impact in-person development experience designed to transform emerging and established leaders into confident, self-aware, and action-ready professionals.
This dynamic program guides participants through a personalized leadership journey—helping them define success in their role, elevate their communication, understand the power of personality, and master essential coaching techniques. The program builds practical skills that leaders can immediately apply to real workplace challenges.
Using the acclaimed EverythingDiSC management assessment with full access to the Catalyst platform, leaders gain powerful insights into their own personality and style -- and how to adapt to lead, motivate and collaborate more effectively.
Participants will also strengthen critical communication skills -- learning to build trust, deliver clear feedback, navigate difficult conversations, and document performance and discussions. And through real-time coaching practice, they'll gain confidence in developing their direct reports, whether they're direct reports are top performers or performing below expectation.

- Equipment. Client to provide necessary equipment including flipchart, whiteboard and AV equipment including projector (as needed and as appropriate), unless otherwise agreed.
- Training Room. The training room should comfortably seat all participants and allow for breakout activities and small group activities. Conference rooms oftentimes do not make ideal training rooms. Tables (pods) of approximately 4 trainees each is preferred. Please request a schematic of the desired room set up.
- Group Size. No more than a total of 20 participants can be in the room with just one instructor, unless special approval has been given by TTA. Trainees may be added to a group for $300 per trainee.
- Lunch and Snacks. It is highly recommended for the client to arrange for snacks, drinks and meal (especially in the full-day segment) for trainees and the trainer during the engagement.
- Assessment. Trainee name and email address will need to be approved approximately two weeks before training so that the DISC assessment can be deployed. This is the only pre-work required.
- In-Person Delivery. In-person facilitation requires that all local safety protocols be enforced. We recommend larger rooms so that trainees and group activities are distanced. Recording and virtual attendance is not permitted with in-person delivery.
- Certificates of Completion. Printed certificates will be provided to trainees that complete the full program. Digital badges will also be provided post-training so that trainees can integrated their accomplishment onto LinkedIn.
- Trainer Travel. If engagement is purchased online, trainer travel within the USA is included in the fee.

- Limitation of Liability: TTA total liability relating to this Agreement shall in no event exceed the fees TTA receives hereunder for the portion of the work giving rise to liability, or include any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages or loss (nor any lost profits, savings or business opportunity). TTA will indemnify Client against any damage or expense relating to bodily injury or death of any person or damage to real and/or tangible personal property incurred while TTA is performing the Services and to the extent caused by the negligent or willful acts or omissions of TTA’s personnel or agents in performing the Services.
