Unlike providers that are tied to a single assessment platform, Talent Authority does not sell or manage Predictive Index subscriptions. If your organization already uses PI, we can help you apply those insights more effectively through leadership development, assessment-based interviewing, coaching conversations, and team development.

We have incorporated PI terminology, behavioral patterns, and practical application concepts into select Talent Authority programs, including Talent Academy for Leaders and Assessment-Based Interviewing for Better Hiring Decisions. This allows organizations already familiar with PI to connect assessment insight to daily leadership behavior, communication, delegation, coaching, interviewing, and employee development.

Some organizations feel locked into the provider connected to their PI subscription, even when they need more than licensing support. Talent Authority does not sell or manage Predictive Index subscriptions. We are independent, and we are not tied to PI as our only assessment solution. That allows us to focus on the business issue first, not the tool.
