Courageous Leadership, Trust, and Values-Based Culture

Courageous Leadership, Trust, and Values-Based Culture is a leadership development course based on the Dare to Lead™ curriculum and the research of Dr. Brené Brown.

The course is designed to help mid-to-senior leaders build the courage skill sets needed to lead with greater trust, clarity, accountability, and resilience. Courageous leadership is especially important in organizations that need leaders to navigate uncertainty, address difficult issues directly, support innovation, and create conditions where people can do meaningful work.

Participants explore four core courage skill sets: rumbling with vulnerability, building trust, rising in the face of adversity, and operationalizing personal values. Through discussion, reflection, exercises, and practical tools, leaders examine how courage shows up in daily leadership behavior, team communication, feedback, decision-making, and culture.

Leaders leave better prepared to create safer and more meaningful work environments, strengthen trust with their teams, give more useful feedback, and lead in ways that align with personal and organizational values. Upon completion, participants gain the distinction of being Dare to Lead™ Trained.
