Workplace Diversity, Inclusion, and Respect
Workplace Diversity, Inclusion, and Respect helps employees and leaders build greater self-awareness, recognize everyday assumptions and bias, and contribute to a more respectful and inclusive workplace.
Diversity and inclusion efforts depend on more than policies or statements of intent. They require daily behaviors that demonstrate respect, awareness, openness, and accountability. When employees and leaders understand how assumptions, bias, communication habits, and workplace behaviors affect others, they are better prepared to support a work environment where people feel respected and able to contribute.
This workplace training course gives participants an opportunity to increase their knowledge and skills related to diversity, inclusion, and respectful workplace behavior. Participants examine the positive impact diversity and inclusion can have on workplace culture, employee engagement, collaboration, and business results.
Participants leave better prepared to recognize behaviors that may devalue others, challenge assumptions, learn more about individual differences, and support a workplace culture grounded in respect, inclusion, and accountability.
