This program uses the Everything DiSC® assessment suite and the Catalyst platform.
Each research-validated online assessment asks participants to respond to behavioral statements and application-specific questions. Participants receive personalized profiles that help them understand their DiSC style, behavioral tendencies, workplace priorities, and strategies for becoming more effective in relevant workplace, leadership, management, or emotional intelligence situations. Talent Authority’s DiSC page notes that participant profiles may range from 22 to 50 pages depending on the assessment application.
Catalyst access extends learning beyond the workshop. Participants receive unlimited access to an online, mobile-friendly platform with on-demand DiSC insights, application strategies, comparison reports, team maps, Team View, and Group Culture resources.
