Talent Academy for Leaders includes the Everything DiSC Management assessment and access to the Catalyst platform when delivered in its standard format. Participants use DISC insight to better understand their personality, leadership style, communication tendencies, and how to adapt their approach to lead, motivate, collaborate, and develop others more effectively.

The virtual open-enrollment program is typically delivered through Zoom in eight weekly half-day sessions. Private programs can be customized for in-person, virtual, or hybrid delivery.
