Leadership Essentials for Emerging and Established Leaders is a concentrated leadership development experience designed to help leaders strengthen self-awareness, communication, coaching, and practical leadership effectiveness.

This 1.5-day leadership development program uses the first four core modules of Talent Academy for Leaders: Leadership Success, Personality through the Everything DiSC Management assessment, Communication, and Coaching. Participants explore what leadership success requires, how their personality and management style affect others, how to communicate with greater clarity and intention, and how to coach direct reports more effectively.

Participants leave with practical tools for leading with greater self-awareness, adapting their communication style, preparing for important conversations, and using coaching techniques to support both high performers and employees who need additional guidance.
