Software Skills and Workplace Productivity
Microsoft Office Skills Training: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access
Microsoft Office Skills Training helps employees and leaders use common workplace software tools more effectively, improve productivity, and reduce frustration when working with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, email, calendars, and databases.
Software skills are a core workplace capability for many organizations. As software platforms, applications, and internal tools are upgraded or changed, employees may feel underprepared to use the tools efficiently. When employees lack confidence with frequently used applications, productivity can slow down, errors can increase, and unnecessary stress can affect day-to-day work.
This workplace productivity training can be customized for beginner, intermediate, or advanced users across Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Participants receive practical instruction based on the tools they use most often and the level of skill required for their role.
Participants leave better prepared to use Microsoft Office applications more efficiently, apply practical shortcuts and techniques, organize work more effectively, and improve the quality, consistency, and productivity of daily workplace tasks.
