Team Effectiveness and Collaboration

The Five Behaviors® Team Development

The Five Behaviors® Team Development helps teams build stronger trust, engage in more productive conflict, commit to shared decisions, hold one another accountable, and focus on collective results.

As the workplace evolves, team dynamics become more complex. Teams may be working in person, remotely, across functions, or under changing business demands. Regardless of where the work happens, teams need the skills and shared language to collaborate effectively, address issues directly, and work toward the outcomes that matter most.

This assessment-based team development course uses The Five Behaviors® framework based on Patrick Lencioni’s model of teamwork: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. The experience combines the model with personalized assessment insight to help individuals and teams understand how their behaviors, styles, and team dynamics affect collaboration and performance.

Participants leave better prepared to understand the foundational behaviors of a cohesive team, recognize how individual styles contribute to team effectiveness, and apply practical behaviors that support stronger teamwork and better results.

Assessment / Other Details

This course uses one of two Five Behaviors® assessment options. The Personal Development solution helps individuals learn the skills needed to “team” more effectively across different teams. The Team Development solution helps intact teams understand how they work together and where they need to improve.

Each participant completes an assessment and receives customized results that serve as the foundation for the training experience.

The Five Behaviors® framework focuses on Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results and may be combined with Everything DiSC® insight, depending on the selected solution.
