The Five Behaviors Team Development Assessment
Build Trust. Strengthen Accountability. Achieve Better Team Results.
The Five Behaviors Team Development assessment helps intact teams evaluate how effectively they work together and identify practical opportunities to strengthen trust, communication, commitment, accountability, and collective performance.
Based on Patrick Lencioni's model from The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this research-based assessment combines team-level feedback with personalized Everything DiSC insights. Participants gain a clearer understanding of their own behavioral tendencies, how those tendencies influence team dynamics, and what the team can do to become more cohesive and effective.
What You'll Discover
Build Trust
Explore the extent to which team members demonstrate openness, acknowledge weaknesses, ask for help, and establish the vulnerability-based trust necessary for effective teamwork.
Engage in Productive Conflict
Understand how the team approaches disagreements and challenging conversations. Identify opportunities to encourage constructive debate, address differences openly, and make better decisions.
Strengthen Commitment
Examine how effectively team members participate in decisions, establish clarity around priorities, and commit to shared goals and agreed-upon actions.
Embrace Accountability
Identify opportunities to strengthen peer-to-peer accountability, establish clear expectations, and create an environment where team members hold one another responsible for commitments and performance.
Focus on Collective Results
Evaluate how consistently the team prioritizes shared outcomes over individual interests and departmental priorities, and identify strategies for improving collective performance.
