Our 360 process gathers feedback from multiple perspectives, including:

Self | Manager | Peers | Direct Reports

Most leaders will have approximately 8–14 raters invited to participate.

To protect confidentiality, anonymous rater groups such as peers and direct reports must meet applicable minimum-response requirements for results to be reported as a group. Manager feedback and the participant’s self-assessment are reported separately.

Talent Authority manages the invitations, participant communications, and completion monitoring throughout the process.
The leader will also complete the Hogan Insights assessment, providing additional insight into personality, behavioral tendencies, potential leadership risks, and workplace motivations.

Talent Authority reviews the Hogan results alongside the 360 feedback to help answer two different but complementary questions:

360 Feedback: How is the leader currently being experienced by others?

Hogan Insights: What behavioral tendencies may help explain why the leader is being experienced that way?

The combination provides a more complete foundation for meaningful leadership development.
Talent Authority will analyze and synthesize findings across both assessments rather than simply reviewing the reports independently.

The analysis will focus on:

Consistent leadership strengths

Potential blind spots

Differences between self-perception and how others experience the leader

Patterns across manager, peer, and direct-report feedback

Hogan personality tendencies that may help explain 360 feedback

Behaviors that may become more pronounced under pressure

Development opportunities with the greatest potential impact

This integrated approach helps translate assessment data into practical leadership development priorities.
The participant will receive a 90-minute confidential debrief with a Talent Authority coach.

The discussion will integrate both the Hogan 360 and Hogan Insights results, helping the leader understand key themes, identify meaningful patterns, and select development priorities to pursue.

Following the debrief, the participant is encouraged to meet with their leader to discuss the development priorities they choose to address and how the organization can support their continued growth.
The process includes two brief stakeholder discussions:

Before the assessment:
A 30-minute discussion with the participant’s leader, HR representative, or other appropriate stakeholder to understand relevant organizational context, leadership expectations, and development considerations.

After the participant debrief:
A 30-minute discussion to review high-level themes and discuss ways the organization can support the leader’s development.

Specific assessment scores and confidential report details are not shared unless otherwise agreed.
Individual Hogan and Hogan 360 reports are provided only to the participant and Talent Authority coach, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Talent Authority may discuss high-level themes and development considerations with the participant’s leader, HR representative, or other appropriate stakeholder.

The participant remains responsible for determining which specific assessment findings and development priorities they wish to share as part of their development planning.
