Senior Leadership Team 360: Feedback, Alignment, and Impact

Senior leadership teams have a significant impact on how the organization communicates, collaborates, makes decisions, manages accountability, develops talent, executes strategy, and responds to change. The way the senior team is experienced by others often shapes the culture and performance expectations across the broader organization.

Senior Leadership Team 360: Feedback, Alignment, and Enterprise Impact uses the Hogan 360 Group Report to help intact senior leadership teams understand how they are perceived collectively by key stakeholder groups. The report provides aggregated team feedback across leadership competencies such as self-management, relationship management, working in the business, and working on the business.

Rather than focusing only on individual leader feedback, this workshop helps the senior team examine its collective leadership patterns. Participants explore how the team is viewed in areas such as communication, people skills, integrity, resilience, accountability, motivation, strategy, innovation, capability, efficiency, results, and engagement.

The experience gives senior leaders an opportunity to identify shared strengths, surface development opportunities, compare team results to broader benchmarks, and create practical actions for improving how the leadership team operates and how it shows up to the organization.

Business Issue  This Course Helps Solve

Organizations often focus on strategy, structure, process, or execution without fully examining how the senior leadership team’s collective behavior affects organizational performance.

This workshop helps address senior team challenges such as:

  • Avoidance of difficult issues or poor performance

  • Gaps between senior team intent and stakeholder experience

  • Lack of clarity around accountability, ownership, and follow-through

  • Underdeveloped feedback, coaching, or talent development practices

  • Limited visibility into how the senior team is perceived by others

  • Differences between self-perception and stakeholder feedback

  • Relationship or trust gaps across the senior team

  • Execution challenges linked to senior team behavior, communication, or alignment

The workshop helps senior teams move from general impressions to structured feedback, shared insight, and practical leadership commitments.

Assessment / Other Details

This workshop uses the Hogan 360 Group Report for intact teams. The report aggregates feedback from multiple rater groups and provides insight into how the team is collectively perceived. Results may include overall team scores, global benchmarks, item rankings, leadership competency scores, rater-group comparisons, top strengths, and top opportunities for improvement.

The Group Report organizes team feedback around leadership competency areas that include self-management, relationship management, working in the business, and working on the business. These areas help the team examine both behavioral effectiveness and business effectiveness, including how the team manages itself, works with others, delivers operational results, and contributes to longer-term strategic performance.
